Co-Founder and Leader Business Strategy, Finance & Growth
A seasoned Pharmaceutical Professional with 22+ years of experience across Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), Consumer, Clinical/Bioanalytical, and Specialty Chemicals sectors, Mangesh holds a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from Mumbai’s Institute of Science.
He embarked on his career as a Management Trainee and swiftly progressed to lead teams of analytical scientists. Over the years, he has gathered valuable experience working for both Indian and multinational companies, enriching his expertise in various facets of the pharmaceutical industry.
His leadership has steered teams in supporting API Process Development, impurity synthesis, Formulation development, and addressing regulatory queries from different regulatory authorities.
Outside work, he enjoys running, yoga, and championing social causes. In his current role at ChiroChem, he oversees Business and Growth Strategy along with Financial Operations steering the company’s strategic vision and financial success.
